Ranked among the top 2% of Coldwell Banker Realtors worldwide, Eileen brings to her real estate practice 20 years of prior expertise in marketing, communications and business management – a solid skillset for our ever-changing economy. Clients benefit from Eileen’s personal experience in executive relocation; she has moved seven times with her family, coast to coast and back again. Before making real estate her career, Eileen had bought and sold a dozen of her own homes and investment properties in six states; three in the Bay Area. Her first-hand experience has helped hundreds of buyers and sellers achieve their goals – where markets have been “hot,” with scarce inventory and multiple offers, as well as sluggish, with softening prices and excess inventory.
“Whether you’re moving up, moving out, or even reluctantly moving on, whatever your concerns are, I’ve been there,” Eileen says. “It is my purpose to draw from my experience to help you anticipate the challenges and make the best of the process of moving. It matters to me that we achieve your financial goals AND find the resources to resettle your family in a new community.”
Eileen has been consistently recognized for client satisfaction and high production. She was named “Rising Star” her first year in the business, then working with a Sotheby’s affiliate in Vermont, where she ranked among the top 10 agents for eight consecutive years and was honored by the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World for top performance with relocation referrals. In 2010, Eileen received the company’s premier performance award, the Daniel Webster Award, honoring high productivity in both the number and value of properties handled. Since joining Coldwell Banker in 2011, Eileen has been certified in the “Previews International” luxury program, offering finesse in handling high-end listings and purchases. Eileen has held Coldwell Banker’s “President’s Elite” status, ranking among the top 2% of 87,000 CB real estate agents in the world, since 2013.
Prior to working in real estate, Eileen was Director of Marketing and Public Relations for two small colleges: Dominican University of California in San Rafael, and Saint Michael’s College in Vermont. She began her career as a newspaper and magazine journalist, and as Senior Writer and manager in corporate and agency public relations, marketing and advertising. She attended the College of William & Mary and holds a B.A. in English Literature and Journalism from the University of Delaware.
Eileen grew up in Washington, D.C., and has lived and worked in Newark, DE: Baltimore, MD; Rockford, IL; Marin County, CA; Des Moines, IA, and Burlington, VT, finally landing here in the Berkeley-Oakland marketplace. In addition to selling real estate, she enjoys yoga, hiking, skiing, travel, reading, and all fine and performing arts. Valuing giving back to the community, Eileen is a supporter of arts, education and business endeavors, with a long resume of leadership roles in the many places she has lived. She currently is a member of the Leadership East Bay program, Class of 2017.
